How do you find great salespeople?
The "Top 10 Great Salesperson Traits” is cool and realistic. I like the simple one to start: "Hire people who can sell stuff". So is Number 2: "Hire someone who will jump right in?" The original writer is Sandy Hamilton, and his blog is sandyhamilton.blogs.com. I found this at a site called SalesforceXP.
