Creating Wealth -- a book for the AEC community

SMPS Marketer editor Randy Pollack wrote this review of Ellen Flynn-Heapes's book: Creating Wealth: Principles and Practices for Design Firms in February 2000. I have seen these concepts in the review materials for SMPS certification, but reading this review causes me to want to get the book and go over it again, and again.
