The 'Go-No Go' Choice
Bernie Siben has told readers of the SMPS Listserve that he will be increasing the frequency of his builtenvironment.blogs.com updates. Today, he posted a useful note on the importance of screening and qualifying projects before rushing to prepare quotations and proposals. Just because you receive an RFP doesn't mean you should do it. "No" often indeed is the right answer.
